At Hand in Hand Foundation, we believe that every child deserves a future shaped by opportunity, not circumstance. Since our inception in 2005, we’ve been working across the cities of Vijayawada and Eluru to break the cycle of poverty by giving orphaned and impoverished children access to quality education.

We’re more than just an organization — we are a movement of hope, dignity, and empowerment. Our work begins in the heart of rural India, but its impact reaches far beyond, transforming lives, building inclusive communities, and planting seeds of change that grow with every child we support.

Our Approach

At Hand in Hand Foundation, our approach centers on the belief that education isn’t just a tool it’s a lifeline. We work to ensure that impoverished and orphaned children gain access to schooling by providing the essentials: uniforms, books, and paid tuition. We also engage families through awareness initiatives that encourage regular school attendance and reduce dropout rates, knowing that true change begins at home.

But our commitment doesn’t stop at the school gates. We offer holistic support to struggling families from medical assistance to livelihood help because we understand that a child’s success depends on the strength of their surroundings. By staying rooted in the needs of local communities, we build trust and deliver aid that’s timely, relevant, and heartfelt.

Every contribution we receive goes entirely to these efforts with no deductions for organizational costs. This direct impact model reflects our promise to donors and our unwavering focus on equity.
